We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure your package is safe and handled with care: USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. (Carrier selection is based on your location and availability).
2. Easy Order Tracking
Stay updated every step of the way! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking Page.
3. Address Changes & Accuracy
Changes: If you need to change your address, please email us at StarTrails.Trading@gmail.com immediately. We can only change it if the order has not been shipped yet.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the item.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please reach out to us within 24–48 hours at StarTrails.Trading@gmail.com so we can assist you in investigating with the carrier.
