RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At StarTrailOutlet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Replacement: If an item is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional charge to you.

Notification: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any damage claims.

4. Order Cancellations and Edits

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Order Edits: If you need to edit your order (size, color, etc.), please contact us within 12 hours. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee any changes as the order may already be in the processing stage.

5. Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection by customer), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Restocking Fee

We believe in fair pricing. There is no restocking fee for any returned items.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit (provided the correct address was selected at checkout), we will gladly replace it. If you prefer a refund, we must wait 30 days to confirm the loss before issuing a refund, in case the parcel is eventually delivered.
